Coronavirus Update – 26th March 2020

We have had an update from NHS England.

“All routine, non-urgent dental care including orthodontics should be stopped and deferred until advised otherwise.
We are providing a remote urgent care service, providing telephone triage for patients with urgent needs during usual working hours, and whenever possible treating with:

• Advice
• Analgesia
• Antimicrobial means where appropriate

If your condition cannot be managed by these means, then a referral will be made to the appropriate part of their Local Urgent Dental Care system.”

This means that prevention is more important than ever.

With this in mind, we are offering prevention tips the next 2 days. This forms part of our Isolation Tips program which will be available every morning on the Bentley Mathieson Dentalcare Facebook page.
